Practices
The Academy develops practices for working with attention. These are not instructions for living but explorations of how attention operates, drawn from the Odyssey and applied as frameworks for thinking.
Provisional. These concepts are provisional. They name practices, forces, and patterns that may be refined through future research, examples, and lived observation.
